Ingredients
  • 4 ounces ahi or aku, cubed
  • Pinch of alae red Hawaiian salt
  • Sprinkling of minced inamona (kukui nuts)
  • Pinch of freshly chopped ogo (seaweed)
Directions
  • Combine, toss gently and serve.
