Swedish Meatball Sauce

Sauces
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- To make the sauce, add 2 tablespoons flour to the frying pan and cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add the broth and cook, stirring until thick and bubbly. Whisk in the sour cream and heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the meatballs and stir together. Serve.
