Spicy Korean Sauce

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons ko chu jang (Korean hot pepper paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons roasted and crushed sesame seeds
Directions
  • Blend ingredients in a bowl and serve alongside rice bowl. Scoop the sauce on top of the rice and vegetables, mix together and enjoy.
