Roasted Kauai Herb Asparagus

- 1 pound Twin Bridge Farms asparagus
- 2 tablespoons Oils of Aloha® Kauai Herb Macadamia Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Hawaiian sea salt (coarse sea salt)
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Rinse asparagus and snap off the bottoms of the stalks.
- Place asparagus on a foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with macadamia oil and sprinkle with Hawaiian salt. Roast asparagus for 8 to 10 minutes or until spears are tender when tested with a fork.
- Note: Can also be done in a foil tray on the barbecue. Editor's Note: Oils of Aloha is made from Big Island macadamia nuts. The oil consists of 80% monounsaturated fats, which is the lowest of all food oils in omega-6 fatty acids.
