Rice bowl base
- Rice
- Black beans
- Chopped fresh tomato
- Chopped onion
Toppings
- Sauteed chorizo sausage
- Cooked ground beef seasoned with "taco" flavorings
- Shredded roast chicken, seasoned with cumin
- Black beans
- Grated cheddar and monterey jack cheeses
- Chopped sweet onions
- Fresh tomato salsa
- Avocado slices
- Sliced radishes
- Shredded lettuce
- Chopped cilantro
- Jalapeno peppers
- Chili sauce
- Lime wedges
- Sour cream
- Crumbled tortilla chips
Rice bowl base
- Add rice, black beans, chopped fresh tomato and chopped onion to the rice cooker. Cook as you normally would cook rice.
Toppings
- Present the toppings in separate bowls. Allow everyone to help themselves to the toppings as they please.
