- 5 cups chopped mango
- 1 cup chopped banana
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 2 tbsps coconut extract
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 box pectin
- 1 cup sugar
- Dashallspice
- Dashcinnamon
- Dashcardamom
- Mix all ingredients into large saucepan. Cook on medium-high heat for 1 hour, stirring often.
