Mango and Cilantro Chutney

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces washed peeled green mango
  • 4 ounces sugar
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 spicy green chili
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Directions
  • Cut the mango into small pieces, remove seed.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend till chutney consistency.
  • Store in bottle and refrigerate.
  • Enjoy with grilled vegetables, fish chicken, beef, pork chops. Add to sandwiches, salads, falafels. Makes a great rub or marinate for baked chicken. Try it with various dishes and surprise yourself.
