Mango and Cilantro Chutney

- 8 ounces washed peeled green mango
- 4 ounces sugar
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 spicy green chili
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- Cut the mango into small pieces, remove seed.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend till chutney consistency.
- Store in bottle and refrigerate.
- Enjoy with grilled vegetables, fish chicken, beef, pork chops. Add to sandwiches, salads, falafels. Makes a great rub or marinate for baked chicken. Try it with various dishes and surprise yourself.
