Hiroshi Eurasian Tapas Ahi Poke

Pupus

Ingredients
  • 3 ounces ahi, diced into fine cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Maui onion, diced finely
  • 1 teaspoon ogo seaweed, chopped really fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper water
  • 2 pinches freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon tobiko fish eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon shiso (beefsteak leaf), diced finely
Directions
  • Combine the above ingredients in a mixing bowl, toss gently and serve chilled.
