Hiroshi Eurasian Tapas Ahi Poke

Pupus
- 3 ounces ahi, diced into fine cubes
- 1 tablespoon Maui onion, diced finely
- 1 teaspoon ogo seaweed, chopped really fine
- 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper water
- 2 pinches freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon tobiko fish eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon shiso (beefsteak leaf), diced finely
- Combine the above ingredients in a mixing bowl, toss gently and serve chilled.
