- 1 tsp 12 ounces coconut milk (fresh, canned or frozen)
- 1 tsp 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp 5 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tsp 5 tablespoons corn starch
- Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan. Stir with a wooden spoon over medium heat. When it starts to thicken, turn down heat and cook for ten minutes, stirring constantly. Be sure not to let the bottom of the pan scorch. Pour into an 8-inch by 8-inch pan and chill until firm. Cut into small squares.
