Cold Fusion – Chilled Mango Soup

Mango soup
- 2 cups mango puree
- 2 cups half and half (depending on how sweet mangoes are)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger juice (or to taste)
- PinchHawaiian salt
Fusion swirl
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut syrup
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- Sweet bread croutons
- 4 mint sprigs
Mango soup
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
Fusion swirl
- Mix all ingredients well. Chill 10 minutes to let the curry set.
- Serve Mango soup with the Fusion swirl. Add the sweet bread croutons and mint sprig.
