Yields
Pupus
- 3/4-inch thick slices of good quality French bread
- Olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and cut in half
- Coarse-grained salt
- Fresh Roasted Tomatoes
- Fresh basil chiffonade
- Toast or grill thick slices of good quality French bread. Drizzle with olive oil and rub with a cut clove of garlic. Sprinkle with salt. Top with Fresh Roasted Tomatoes and basil. Serve immediately.
