Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
  • 1 package fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon roasted, crushed sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
  • In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the bean sprouts for about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Add salt, sesame seeds and sesame oil and mix well.
