Bean Sprouts

- 1 package fresh bean sprouts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon roasted, crushed sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the bean sprouts for about 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Add salt, sesame seeds and sesame oil and mix well.
