Ahi Shoyu Poke

Pupus
- 2 pounds good grade ahi
- 1 medium sweet onion, minced
- 1/2 cup minced green onion
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 3/4 cup shoyu (soy sauce)
- Cut ahi into 3/4-inch cubes. Combine all ingredients and gently mix. Let stand 15 minutes and serve. Serves 6-8.
