Makaha Mango Salsa
Sauces
- 1 (30-ounce) can whole tomatoes, chopped, with juice
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Hawaiian salt
- 1 (7-ounce) can chopped jalapenos, including juice
- 4 fresh tomatoes, diceds
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 cup diced firm ripe Makaha Mangoes
- Mix everything together. Chill for an hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
