Makaha Mango Mochi

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 cups mochiko rice flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup Makaha Mango puree
  • 1 (12-ounce) can coconut milk
Directions
  • Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well until smooth. Pour into a 9x13” pan lined with wilted banana leaves. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Cool. Cut into pieces with a plastic knife.
