Makaha Mango Mochi

- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups mochiko rice flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Makaha Mango puree
- 1 (12-ounce) can coconut milk
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well until smooth. Pour into a 9x13” pan lined with wilted banana leaves. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Cool. Cut into pieces with a plastic knife.
