Makaha Mango Lilikoi Bars

Crust
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
Filling
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsps flour
- 1/4 cup lilikoi juice
- 1/2 cup Makaha Mango puree
Crust
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter. Press into 9x13" pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Filling
- Combine all ingredients for filling. Pour over baked crust and return pan to oven. Bake for another 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
