Makaha Mango Lilikoi Bars

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter

Filling

  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsps flour
  • 1/4 cup lilikoi juice
  • 1/2 cup Makaha Mango puree
Directions

Crust

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter. Press into 9x13" pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Filling

  • Combine all ingredients for filling. Pour over baked crust and return pan to oven. Bake for another 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
