Makaha Mango Butter Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup chopped, dried Makaha Mangoes
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat butter and sugar. Stir in vanilla. Mix in flour, salt, nuts and dried mangoes. Drop onto cookie sheets using a small scooper and flatten slightly. Bake for 12 minutes.
