Makaha Mango Bread

Ingredients
  • 4 cups flour, sifted
  • 4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 7 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 cups Makaha Mangoes, diced
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients. Pour into 4 medium-sized, lightly greased bread pans. Bake for 45 minutes.
